Insurance
All vehicles must be hired and driven on your own insurance. Vans 4 Glass accept no responsibility to insure or cover the vehicles. It is your responsibilty to ensure that the vehicle is comprehensively covered from the moment you collect the vehicle to the moment you deliver the vehicle. You are responsible for disclosing the correct information to the Insurance company including the vehicle specification and registration number.

Vehicle Delivery / Collection
Vehicle delivery & collection is available for account customers. If you do not have an account you will be responsible for the delivery and collection of the vehicle. Your insurance must cover you for the delivery and collection.

Returns
If you are late returning the vehicle charges will be applied for each outstanding day
If we are collecting the vehicle, you must notify us 24 hours prior to the collection time. Should we have to return without the vehicle, excess days will be charged.

- Where all of the controls are in the vehicle: Handbrake, lights etc.
- How to adjust the driving position: seat height, door mirrors etc.
- Where the fuel filler is located and how to open it. ALL VANS 4 GLASS VEHICLES ARE DIESEL.
- The height of the vehicle and overhead clearances, such as: garages, multi-storey car parks etc.
- Maximum weight allowances and legal load requirements
- Puncture, blow-out or a breakdown procedure.
What happens if I have an accident?
Take the third party details and witnesses names and addresses and registration numbers.
You must report any accidents to us within 24 hours and notify your company head office.
